Ian R -> Nationalist Chinese convoys arrival on map? (4/13/2020 6:08:55 PM) Can Chinese built convoy points arrive in ports that - - were liberated by the Red Chinese; or - were liberated by the US/CW? Or, can they only appear in a port that was liberated by a Nationalist Chinese unit?
