So, it means between 1940 and 1941: . 7 x HQs . 11 x Infantry Division . 4 x Infantry Small Corps . 3 x Mountain corps . 5 x Armor corps . 2 x Attack Submarine . 1 x Long Range Submarine . 1 x Large Warship . 2 x Air Superiority Group . 1 x Ground Attack Group And, in support: . 150 x Supply trucks . 30 x Landing ships . 7 x Escorts . 5 x Merchant marine PLUS ALL THE ADVANCEMENTS TO FINANCE FOR THOSE UNITS!!! Two units have been removed between 1940 and 1941: . 1 x Paratrooper corps . 1 x Tactical Air Group I do not know yet if this is achievable in terms of production...

You have to produce even more, as Supply and Transport are used and must be replaced. And you'll certainly lose a sub or 2, if not a land unit...

Yes indeed, this is without any losses. So, impossible mission?

It is indeed impossible. In my opinion Germany should get a "Barbarossa mobilization bonus" of about 4 Large Corps and 2 Panzer Corps in January 1941. Or something else should be changed.

Well I have not yet tested if this is possible or not. Perhaps Alvaro has tested and can confirm this is feasible. I like your idea of a "Barbarossa mobilization bonus". I remember that the Germans have splitted all the Panzer divisions to create new ones. So let's say you have 4 Panzer corps in 1940. The "bonus" could be to automatically create 5 Panzer corps but with a strength of 15/30.

Well versus AI, managing closely, I was able to build the following OOB for Barbarossa: . 9 HQ . 27 Infantry division . 28 Infantry Large corps . 0 Mountain corps (1 building in the Deployment window) . 7 Armored corps . 4 Mechanized corps . 6 Air Superiority group (2 building in the Deployment window) . 3 Ground Attack group . 5 Tactical Air group . 6 Submarine group So, this is not far from possible.
