ORIGINAL: Leandros I would recommend everybody here to look into www.academia.edu. On this site you can find an enormous volume of information on subjects that should be of interest to fans of WitP. As an example - if you search for "Pacific War" you get links to a couple of hundred thousands book and articles on the subject. Many highly regarded books can be down-loaded as PDFs. More specifically, if you search for "Peter Boer" or "KNIL" you get articles on rarely found info about the defense of the Dutch East Indies during WW2. Not to mention info on the Australian defense. This book was recently brought to my attention as a free PDF download: https://www.academia.edu/37361817/_The_Aircraft_Carrier_Naval_Aviation_and_the_Changing_Character_of_Naval_Battle_during_the_War_in_the_Pacific_1941-1945_ And this one: https://www.academia.edu/14935211/Rising_Sun?sm=a Fred ----- Having spent 20 years in American university academia (35 if you count the time as recipient of edumacation), my initial response is to have a shudder up my spine when someone mentions 'academia'. Whuhuhuhu....there it goes again. So 'academia' is a general website with individual articles or reports?
