I mean free units from scripts that don’t appear in the production queue. The space isn’t available (that is common in small islands in the pacific), and the unit can’t be deployed in the turn that the script triggers. For instance, the case of the deployment of the US “3rd MarDiv” in Samoa, in 1942.
