gosnold -> [Fixed] NSM won't launch because target is not radiating (5/5/2020 5:48:26 PM) IN the attached save, Group East (up North) is in NSM range of the Russian ships, but when allocating the weapons, it says it cannot target them because they are not radiating. NSM has both an ESM sensor and an infrared one so should be able to target them even in this case.
