I cannot launch Type 89. simply because it is error.
If I launch them by BOL, it fly and won't move.
Please check the save.

I checked Type 89 with DB Build480, and it was OK. so, Database problem?

Just checked the DB history and the last change related to the Type 89 was for CMO release 1100 on 10Oct19 when the warhead was changed from to 267kg from 1000kg. That would have been in DB3K_479. Can't find any changes since then.

I ran the test scenario provided and found that immediately after launch it shows a speed of 0.0 kts and an altitude of 10000.0km ASL. Definitely not in accord with the torpedoes settings in the database.

I'm not seeing a propulsion for that 'torpedo' in the DB viewer

You are absolutely correct, it does not show in the scenario. However, it does in the DB entry so something is obviously not right. More investigating to do.
