Hi all! Seems to me I've heard 10-15 81+ experience IJ pilots in TRACOM meets the requirement for maximum training effect(I am assuming an IJN/IJA/ requirement here) in TRACOM, and high experience pilots in training squadrons boost experience gain in trainees. Does this mean the best strategy is 10 each or whatever to TRACOM and the rest to on map training squadrons?
