magic87966 -> Bombing fleets in port (5/28/2020 11:29:26 PM) What is the percentage chance of "Fleet not found" when attacking fleets in port? In clear weather, I have had what seems like too many instances of "fleet not found." I would think when attacking a port, except for bad weather, these instances should be very rare. Just curious.

AlvaroSousa -> RE: Bombing fleets in port (5/29/2020 12:22:31 AM) It is based on the recon level. If I allow it all the time planes will wipe out fleets at will. There are many variables that go into a port attack for it to succeed.
