Is it possible to add in random values using the editor? Like adding 1000-2000 fuel in a port on a certain date, or add 0-20 damage on a ship upgrade?

As far as I know the value must be static.

Adding fuel is possible with a "convoy unit", but not as a random value.

Take a look at the locations tab of Scen 1, slot 7841 and below.

These "convoys" are actually land units which show up in ports, remain for a few days and then disband automatically - dumping the devices they "carry" into the pools and the fuel and the supplies they carry "internally" at the port.


In the editor, damage can be added on ship upgrades and conversions only as a fixed value.

Random values can be only added in witpload sheet. But they will be no longer random, after converting to Scenario :)

I've done it with initial small wear&tear damage for all ships at start.

The only semi-random value is amount of fuel AOs start with loaded. So if you let some small AO to show up at that island in Replenishment TF, you will get random amount of fuel. And new AO impossible to get rid off ;)
