L0ckAndL0ad -> Regime Feat unlock progress stuck [fixed] (6/15/2020 3:00:04 PM)

I have Democracy @ 77 points, and it's been above 60 for a while now. But Open Politics regime feat unlock is stuck at 4 rounds left (8 out of 12), as turns go by. I think it's been at least 3 or 4 turns that it stayed like this.
I see in the patch logs for 1.03 that similar issue was supposed to be fixed and hope this is not related to the fact that I'm using 1.01-beta1 scenario. There's no asterisk in the log to indicate that a new game needs to be started.
