brdxman -> OOB not showing current info maybe? (6/16/2020 4:07:29 PM)

Hi All,
I searched the forum and did not see another topic on this issue I have run into.
So I created a 2nd SHQ manually in my game. Created a second zone and assigned this new HQ to that zone.
I have selected several militia units and used the unit admin button to change the HQ to 2nd SHQ and the units changed do show the leader of the 2nd SHQ so I assume change has happened.
Problem: When I select OOB, I see S-1 and S-2 at the top of the OOB if I click on the S-2 HQ it has no assigned units shown in display. When I click the S-1 HQ I find the units that I have changed assignments under the militia button within the First Zone.
So the questions are am I changing the units ownership correctly? Is this a bug? Do I ignore the OOB display?
