This isn't a bug as such, but just something I thought I'd bring to the scenario designer's attention that I initially thought was a bug--apologies if this is posted in the wrong place.
When playing either scen variant, SSN 780 USS Missouri cancels any given orders and instead RTBs (RsTB?). Even after I unassigned it and tried to return it to its initial orders, it again cancels them and RTBs.
I figured out that this was because the Withdraw and Redeploy setting "OR the primary defence weapon is at less than" was set to "Inherited, 50%." Once I set that to "Ignore," it fixed the problem. My guess is that this was a problem introduced during the transition to C:MO from C:MANO.
Obviously, this is not a problem for me now, but I thought this was something that the scenario team might want to address in an update, either by changing the Missouri's loadout or by changing its ROE to make it work properly.
