Currently I have two majors close by, infact one is right next to me and the other is the next along. In effect we have a WW2 Poland situation. That being said I'd like it if it was possible to form an alliance with furthest major for us to attack Major in between us at the same time. Then share the winnings.

What about hiring them as a mercenary to attack them for a certain amount of credits every turn. With the cost changing based on the admin/tech/civ level difference between the attacking/defending regimes

This would probably be easier to program..^^

That being said, EU IV does have something like the original suggestion. You get X number of allies to go to war with you against a common enemy, and afterwards, you are in charge of dividing up the spoils. If you don't give them what they consider fair, it damages your relations. That's how it works if you propose the war. If one of your allies proposes it to you, they are the ones that divide up the spoils, possibly upsetting you.

While the coordinated assault isn't necessarily in the game, it should be possible to get friendly relations with the furthest Major. And I think the AI is smart enough that if you start attacking a power (even minor) between itself and you, then it will generally invade the opposite side. Even non-War relations will mean respecting each other's borders.

And I'm sure you can work out the backstab afterwards.
