I agreed to raise Government to 64. Made an event choice that raised it to 64, nothing happened. Next turn it starts at 64 but nothing happens. I make another event choice to raise it another 2 points, I close Decisions and instead of 66 it's still at 64. I took no other decisions that showed an effect on Government. Next turn with no explanation my Government score is 63. Demand to raise it to 64 is still in the demand report.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
