it states it will provide an immediate boost, on mouseover it states 50% boost. its a fate point stratagem. Never seen it before. It does not get placed on a leader, it just happens.... anyone got any input?

I think it is supposed to be a 1 turn, +50% bonus, Nationwide. I never played it, so I can not say either way.

It's 1 turn of total annihilation.
