magic87966 -> Possible Production Point bug? (7/4/2020 10:58:31 PM)

I'm playing as the Axis. The Allies just declared war on Persia and Germany's initial production for the next turn went down 30 points. Nothing else has changed on the map. All trade routes to Berlin from the previous turn are open and unimpeded. All German owned resource centers are at full capacity. Partisans have not blocked any resources from getting through to Berlin. On the "Convoys and Escorts" screen, 2 new trade routes have appeared that were not there last turn - "South Atlantic" and "African Coast." You can see the incoming Persian oil of 30 is listed in the left column. There is no entry for 30 incoming resources. The Allies cut the rail line running from Tehran but the oil in hex 223,9 is able to reach the port of Bandar Shapur. As you can see in the bottom left corner of the picture, the "African Coast" trade route originating in Tehran is worth 30 resources. This route flows into the "South Atlantic" route on the western coast of Africa and then flows to Marseille and on to Berlin. My point is, it looks like the German economy has 30 Persian resources deducted from it that it never had in the first place. Again, nothing else has changed on the map and all other incoming sources of PP's are intact. Will Germany's production go back up 30 points next turn or is Germany out this 30 every turn from now on? Is this a bug?
