I noticed that as of version #45, the checkboxes allowing the different qualities of troops in the SHQ to be used in raising a formation are now unchecked by default.
At first, I thought the Use SHQ Troops function was broken - since it appeared so the SHQ wouldn't use troops already in it to raise formations - and was confused, until I debugged my issue while I was in the process of writing a report about it.
I would recommend to go back to the previous setting when all qualities were allowed by default, to keep it consistent with previous versions and to avoid such confusion on the player's part.
Additionally, the tooltip attached to the Use SHQ Troops checkbox is incorrect - it is the same as the one attached to the Show Independant Formations checkbox.
