Alcatar -> 1.04-b7: 'Preview Points' suddenly bugging out? (7/14/2020 8:15:55 PM)

The Logistics 'Preview Pts' is suddenly telling me no supply will reach the roads at my NW front - however Initial/Current Pts (turn after turn) shows that it does.
Preview Points show logistics ignoring traffic signs, though in actual fact they don't go there... I've not spotted another reason as to why according to Preview Points, supply won't arrive at my NW front.
I'm not sure what cause this to happen. I destroyed some roads in the south and created a rail to the newly captured city in the NW. Why doing any of that would affect supply at the front.. I do not know.
This happened one or two turns after patching to 1.04-b7 from b6 (this game was started in 1.03-b2).
P.S. I also have an "Urgent Issues" note that I Light Infantry Corps has units with hunger - but looking at these, most of which are in the NW front, they appear to be full on food?
