Hi Vic. I and a couple of my friends are doing PBEM where one of us wants to drop the match. However, after retiring, he is still able to do turns, except that they always crash when he ends them. I am under the impression that retirement doesn't work at all and is an unfinished feature. It doesn't work either in singleplayer.
We could work around this by reverting to the turn where my friend resigned, make him not resign, and continue to play with the added speed bump of passing over his empire's turns (if he gives us his password) - but this is very clumsy. I hope you'll fix this in the future.
