I just reinstalled it on my PC and the buttons and map movement are super laggy to the point its boring waiting for items to open. Is there something I need to do?

This is an issue associated with Windows 10 and can be fixed using switches. Check the tech support forum. There are various potential solutions to try.

I forgot to mention there is a utility you might use if the switches seem a bit too arcane:

That said, if you can figure out the switches, a customed solution is always best. I have had great success with the -dd_sw switch for fixing issues with speed; Lowpe recently suggested that using a combo of the -SingleCpuOrders and -cpu# switches together (i.e. -cpu8 for instance if you have 8 cores) has significantly speeded up his game.
