Do German Mountain divisions fight better in blizzard? Like the Finns do?

Yes, similar to Finnish units, Axis mountain units do not have their combat values negatively affected by the first winter rules during any blizzard turns Dec 41 to March 42. They don't actually fight better, they fight normally.

In 1941 the constant retreat was successful as Soviet Production was mostly saved and sent east before it was lost to the invading Axis. Only 13 Heavy Industry, 18 Armaments and 20 Vehicle factories were lost during 1941. If the Soviet Army can hold off defeat in 1942, the great offensive towards Berlin can begin in 1943. How are you doing on rail supply/movement of resources? Many soviet players seem to be experiencing issues with resources getting factories and supplies to troops due to, to low of rail capacity to do both.

I have not noticed any issues with getting supplies to troops or with the movement of resources, the MP and supply levels of units are what one would expect. As most of the Soviet Army is infantry and cavalry presently, possibly in the summer of 1942 when I start creating tank corps the situation might change.
