We discussed the ranges for large caliber AA guns.
Also it seems the chance to hit is lower than you would expect. Especially with more modern radar equipped FC guns.
As you engage a plane at distance shouldn't your chance to hit increase as it closes?
My humble opinion...the percent chance to hit would be for max range. As the plane gets to the 75% range the hit chance is doubled...at 50% range...double it again.. at 25% double it again etc..
So I put this here because its a DB issue and a code issue...so if it needs to be somewhere else please move it..
