(8/19/2020 8:44:28 AM) So I find it interesting that troops from territories pretty much trample roughshod over my borders pushing in close to my cities as often as they like yet if I attack them I am the one declaring war? Seems unfair.

If your relations are above 35 they won't touch your land as well. Slavers will not peace and will hate on you, nomads can be negotiated with. Spiders are hungry... and mutants also hate you.
