Just want to know what artillery actually doing during battle.Sometimes i cant understand what is better in some situation artilley or for example motorcycle regiments or tank batallion(im currently playing for soviets).Probably artillety must be better when you doing concentrate attack on some fortified region but if you standing in defens what here would be better then to use.Am I right that artillery giving to almost no CV but it works like off map combat unit which disrupting enemy squads and for example tank batallions giving you more CV and involving in fight? Would be very thankful if someone can explain me in more details how which type of support unit works.
