Philo32b -> Supreme Leader Day card vs. 50 PP card (8/28/2020 2:05:48 AM)

The "Supreme Leader Day" stratagem card seems inconsistent in cost compared with the "50 Political Points" card.
The Supreme Leader Day card costs 4 Fate Points, and it gives you 6D6 PP, modified by popularity. At 98 popularity, I used it and received 18 PP. In contrast, the 50 Political Points card costs 1 Fate Point and always gives, of course, 50 PP. I see a lot more 50 Political Point cards as well.
I like the flavor of the Supreme Leader Day card, but I would never use it again at 4 Fate Points. It would seem more consistent with the 50 PP card to make the leader card give up to 200 PP. Perhaps a random number between 100 and 300 PP, weighted by popularity.
