Hmmm. I may have screwed up the URL. Try this one:

Yeah, I just saw the problem. The original URL had a "." at the end so it wouldn't work!

You sir are the best, I just downloaded the file and copied everything over to the Command Folders. I loaded Command and then the scenario and everything appears to be working perfectly now.
