AlexSF -> Soviet Armies surrendering? (9/13/2020 3:50:46 PM) I just noticed that now, encircled Soviet Corps and Armies surrender instead of being displaced (Minsk pocket in June 41) Major change since now the Soviet will have to spend AP to recreate these Armies, right?
