This is a fun scenario, but there are several things need fix.

1, Here is the biggest problem: When there is a downed pilot on the ground, the player will see all the Azerbaijan units on the map. That is caused by Postures. Change the Postures between Downed pilots side and Azerbaijan to Neutral should fix the problem

2, all Russian units are put "hold fire" , change side doctrine doesn't work. The player has to change the doctrine for each units

3, Azerbaijan's Mig-29 seems to have a problem to fire their AA-10, update the scenario database to v487 should fix the problem

Can you upload the scen file? I'm not seeing these issues in the current release version.

Thanks for the file.

1 is being worked on, if you look at the current side postures you will see that information shouldn't be shared so there's something else going on there (Downed pilots are friendly to everyone so they don't get massacred, but Azerbaijan is neutral to downed pilots so Russia should not be getting automatic positions for Azerbaijan units)

3 I'm not able to reproduce; the file you uploaded is at DB 486 and no changes to AA-10s were made between 486 and 487 so upgrading the DB should have no effect there. Can you post a save showing the issue?

Sorry for the late reply. about # 3 I finally found the original save file. looks like AA-10 works fine with DB 486. It was the work of Su24MP's OECM made AA-10 incapable to fire and caused me to suspect a bug.
