When you block roads out of an intersection, how do you know how much to allocate each branch?

With the new logistics i just set it to 100% excluding pull when it is a branch that only leads to assets

Yeah, that's what I do as well. If I need some additional stuff for replacements/reinforcements/strategic move I add some custom pull points as well.
