I'm curious from those who have made scenarios(or not but like myself, have contemplated the task)who have come up with a formula to determine naval values. There's speed, attack, defense, agility, shell weight, and range. Toaw3 is generic. Toaw4 deserves more I think. I like what I've seen in some new scenarios, but they're all different. I'd like to post a list of all ship classes and their more unique combat values for TOAW. I think the TOAW community in general would benefit from any possible standardization of the format. Perhaps naval planes as well. Anyway, I'm just going to hopefully open a discussion about it because, while I can get the specs anywhere; how to convert them into combat values begs a conversation with someone who knows more intimately exactly what should go into them.
