Ha, that's a very good question. Put simply, I lost my focus, and realized i did not have a clear plan from the get go. I felt vulnerable to my exposed flank. I also had supply issues and it took me many turns to break thu those minefields to the south west to restore my supply. Interesting what you say about your supply...supply is subject to fog of war like everything else. At that point, i was not thinking about supply but about combat power and unit cohesion. To sum up: I should have planned better, took more time to eval the changing situation, and paid more attention to supply! I think supply might be the greatest factor! GG PS. If you would like to start another scenario i would be interested. Something long lasting, over months (to xmas or even after), 1 turn a week (even less sometimes...or more, 2 max. Time is not issue as i work and have several other PBEMs on the go) then i am up for it. Take your time and think about it. Drop me a line at martin0691@gmail.com..or not, whatever.
