When Ottaman Surrenders : all Entente's ships are prisonners in Marmara Sea (?).
A bug ?

That's odd... who owns the sea/land hexes on the Straits?

Ottomans own the sea/land hexes.

My fleet is prisonner the turn of the surrender (Ottoman's NM = 0% the previous turn): I can't move it.
