This may be answered elsewhere, but how do I get around the need to run Command as admin? For security reasons I don't have an admin account on my work machine.

Sorry, this is not possible ATM. A future version of CMO will indeed be able to run in a non-admin context, but that is still in the future.

You could potentially work around this by e.g. running CMO in a virtual machine.
