Cities not producing (Full Version)

Hi,
After laying this game down, I decided to pick it back up again. Re-learning everything. My current game has six cities. All are in the green. Three cities are actively producing. The other three are not. I don't even have the option to make any selections.
What am I missing? Thanks.

Are the cities which are not producing of "your" population type?
If they are of a different ethnicity those cities won't make units
but will produce supply and raw materials and economic points if
you click on a box in the build part of the display it should display
what that city will produce. Different "language" - no units.

I'm in the same situation :-) Maybe can we soon start a PBEM game between rookies ? Need some more time to remember the basics ...I never really played it but playing the Great Shadow Empire reminded me ATG and I decided to give it a new go !

I realized that I did not click the right button. I finally realized that that peoples group on those cities in question were not my people after all.
