If the Axis DOW Yugoslavia, instead of waiting around for the perfidious Allies to hoodwink Prince Paul into throwing his lot in with the decadent bourgeois democracies, does the US care, i.e., will US mobilization increase?

Asking for a friend.

Anecdotally, I've never noticed a US mobilisation increase

Not the US, but it does swing the USSR, Greece and possibly Turkey towards the Allies.
