I just bought a new PC and have to re-install CMO plus Silent Service and Chains of War.
1. In what order do I do it? CMO, CoW, SS?
2. Which updates must I download and install?
3. When do I install the updates, after having installed CMO, CoW and SS OR after CMO but before CoW and SS?
4. What about the Community scenarios, at what point in the chronology do I install them?

You should only have to download and run the single installer for 1.02 on the Matrix site. Not the update. As you install, it will ask you for the serial numbers for the various products. I always do CMO first, then in any order any of the Live and standalone DLCs.

The only issue you might run into is if there was an update to download after 1.02 you might have to download and run that before the latest DLC.

After you have run through the full install, you can use the DLC installer on the same download page to add DLC serial numbers.

I am writing this from memory so anyone feel free to validate it.

^^^ Yes, that is the way it works. Pretty easy. The key is that you only need the one full download. All the DLC is there - it just needs the licenses entered.
