After the 1-08.0 and 1-08.01 updates there was an error in the Victory script for custom campaign scenarios.

The error is the requirement for a "#VICTORY_PERCENTAGE=" during compiling which was not required before. It was easy to fix but it would have been nice to have a "heads up" in the update notes to indicate this change would hae to be made in the Victory.txt script in order to compile custom campaigns.

Yeah sorry about that, it is mentioned as something that was added in the VERSION NOTES under the EDITOR CHANGES section, but you are right there is no specific mention that this is now required for all campaigns. That was the implication but perhaps we can be more specific about that in future to avoid any confusion.
