I've got every ASL module (except for 'Gung Ho') and two of the historic modules, and I can vouch for the expense ... I gathered them over the course of a decade or so. I've still got all the cardboard counters in tackleboxes and most of the boxes. Unfortunately I haven't played it in about five or six years due to lack of time, space, and opponents ... I find Spwaw much easier to PLAY, but with ASL you can have almost as much fun reading the rules, scenarios, etc, as actually playing the game ... You almost have to be a 'Rules Lawyer' to actually play ASL :D  I don't think I could face relearning the rules at this point ... :(, but I still like to leaf through the material. ... out of curiosity, how many here found Steel Panthers (in it's many incarnations) while looking for a form of "computer ASL"?
