dycu -> Who generates Worker Privileges card? (12/23/2020 8:44:12 PM) Manual says that it's generated by the Mer profile, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I can't figure this out.

zgrssd -> RE: Who generates Worker Privileges card? (12/23/2020 9:49:35 PM) It could be that it is generated by a Faction, if you got enough "Meritocracy" profile to unlock it. Unfortunately those Faction cards are not displayed on the Profile unlocks.

zgrssd -> RE: Who generates Worker Privileges card? (12/23/2020 9:55:48 PM) According to 5.7.7. other strataGem sourCes it is generated by the Factions, if they like you, you got a high Meritocracys profile and they got a high meritrocracy profile.
