Hello,

I'm new with this game.
Can anyone explain me or point to the right Thread about 'Activate Pt Boats', 'Activate Landing Craft' and 'Activate MCBs' that are greyed out on cargo Task forces ?

You need to have those boats in pool before you can activate them.

Whenever you see an option greyed out that means the conditions haven't been met for that option to be available. Sometimes it's because of something you've done or didn't do, and sometimes it's completely out of your control, for instance the calendar date of availability hasn't arrived yet.

Sardaukar is right, and what's more if it's 1941 you won't have any in the pool. The only PTs you'll have are the ones on-map at start; you'll have to put them in the pool if you want to be able to create any from transport TFs.

Saintsup:
Typically, I use the Brit MTBs from Hong Kong in the Philippines along with the US PT Boats at Manila. The Dutch ones can be useful, but not very early in the Allied Campaign due to their very short range and being stationed in Soerabaja. It can be done, but takes a lot of micromanaging to leapfrog them close enough to the action; I usually just wait and lay my traps for the upcoming attacks in the DEI.
As for the PT Boats in Pearl Harbor, personally I don't see much use for them. The Japanese strike force will be leaving in a day or two and the PTs are perfect candidates to be sent back to the pool. At least you will have a few there when needed.
