The larger ground vehicle types have an innate movement penalty. The modifier from engine power is then added on top of that.

Screenshot your Management -> Design overview. Probably a low engine roll. In fact all the rolls look kinda low... EDIT: Looks like I was wrong. Learned something new today.

It is not documented as far as I know, and I don't know the exact penalty for each unit.

I have reported that as a bug already, what happens its than the bigger the size (medium, heavy, monitor and so on) they ALWAYS get a minimum movement penalty.

it is indeed working as intended. If size = 6 Or size = 7 Then moveRedux -= 10 If size = 8 Or size = 9 Then moveRedux -= 20 If size = 10 Or size > 10 Then moveRedux -= 30 made note to add this to future manual revision.

You just need to get it an EVEN BIGGER engine so it can move at a brisk -10%
