Well, unless you're trying to lull me into a false sense of security and have a killed '42 summer offensive planned.

2/21/21, 2:02 PM - [Allied]: Not for competitive play but possibly for a more historical solo play I've been toying with a house rule that would limited the total number of saved oil to the number of oil points that a major power receives per year with a minimum of 1. Also, a major power wouldn't be forced to expend saved oil under this rule even if their saved oil exceeded this limit due to a drop in oil points through capture or trade changes.

2/21/21, 2:06 PM - [Allied]: Certainty within the rules but historically flawed I believe is that countries such as Japan and Italy, which can't reach full production, can save oil points in the first years and then use that oil for production later with their production multiplier has increase.

2/21/21, 2:23 PM - [Allied]: There's absolutely no valid reason from a gaming perspective that I see for the Germans to ever invade Norway. Gives the Brits a TRS and a boatload of CPs and ties up significant German forces at a time when they're need for Belgium and France.
