Is it possible to use a new version of DB3000 related to a newer version of CMO for a older version of CMO? Thanks

Generally speaking without pro, no you can't, as the newer db hash's are in the cmo exe itself now so older builds don't have the hashes embedded for newer databases past their release time frame.
