Flight 3019 (two F/A-18A) with GBU-31(V) can attack #932 Attack Artillery in the southern coast of Timor although GBU-31 is valid only for land structures and runways(database says that). But artillery is a mobile target.
Is that WAD?Could you check that?

Hey slimatwar,

This is WAD. Stationary mobile units can be targetted with GPS guided weapons--but as in the real world, if they start moving, they are much less likely to get hit. If they're moving at the moment of targeting, they won't be able to be targetted.
