I believe I saw this somewhere in the distant past but have not been able to find it again. I have looked in the manual, forum squeeze, and searches on forum but have not been able to find/re-find the information.

When looking at the pilot window, individual pilots skills are shown in the colours of white, rust, and green. What do these different colours signify?

Green is improvement the previous day, orange is improvement the previous month, IIRC.

Not previous month, this month. At the beginning of the month everything is reset - no orange figures.
