Approx 15 mins in, a satellite will detect an EU fleet.
2xMiG-31K assigned to mission "str" will launch with Kh-47M2 Kinzhals
On launch, anomalous behavior is seen - missiles are launched in wrong direction. The missile does appear to be targeted at the fleet (a ship gets a weapon allocation number), but flies in the wrong direction.
This behavior is not seen in manual launches, which appear to work as intended.
I have tested various combination of strike mission setting, ranges, airfields etc, all repeating the same behavior.
If I intervene in the strike mission and command the launch manually, the missile strikes successfully.
Aircraft assigned to mission "str" equipped with more conventional ASMs strike the fleet successfully.
