Novaliz -> Are there guides/ tutorials explaining the event log and combat log? (1/21/2021 10:51:01 PM)

Are there guides or tutorials, which explain the event log and the combat log in all its details? That would be very nice. If there are no guides or tutorials maybe someone would make a nice Youtube tutorial explaining it with all its details, connections, impacts and consequences on the game? All WitE2 playes would also benefit from it :)

I second this request.
Do we have any online resources to explain all the content in the log-files better?
Cheers
Terry

2 suggestions

a) post in the WiTE2 forum if your question is about that@?

b) wait till the WiTE2 documentation is released - it may answer your questions

and (bonus 3rd pt)

while WiTE2 uses some concepts from WiTW the game code and UI was split early in the development process so really best seen as two different games with a shared ancestory

Well, this question is in regard to WitW. :-)

Could somebody please explain the following entries from the AirExecLog:

1) What does (f9/r9) stand for? I cannot link this to any data from the gturn.
2) Tactical Air Force did a GND Attack and interdicted a target in Hex 150,295 with 72 Bmr and 38 Esc. Aparrently there was 2x Air superiority flights dispatched. I asume one from Tactical Air Force and one from Malta Air Command, as those have Air superiority Missions (see top of the screenshot). What does joined 12, enemy 8 stand for? Is this in addition to the escorts dispatched by the GND Attack?
3) Similar action happens in Hex 150,295. But this time no escorts have been around in the GND Attack.
4) What triggers AD #21 => AD #15? And what does this stand for?

Thanks for your support.
Terry

LIBERIA -> RE: ¿Hay guías/ tutoriales que explican el registro de eventos y el registro de combate? (2/21/2021 10:41:03 AM)

I think that f9 are fighter supporting when go to the aim and r9 are figther which are supporting when come back to their airport.
