Is there a list somewhere with all unit feats, how they are aquired and what they actually do?

I found some general rules for Unit feats in the Manual "5.10.6. unIt feats". By my understanding there are 3 ways to get unit feats:
- Profile Feats
- Cult Stratagems
- Random events with a binary choice

The regime profile based unit feats can be looked at in the Regime Profile page.
And we have a list for Cult-based Unit Feats over at the cult list.
No list for the Event based ones, but then I doubt you can realy focus on them anyway.
