Will be playing the Soviets in an MP for the first time in a matter of weeks. (Always an Axis Player in MP or in a SP for like a decade)

I must be derping because I can't figure out how to find the means to do this manually...I know the Soviet AI does it fine haha.

Anyways...any help would be appreciated [:)]

Highlight Factories
Click on rail movement
click on factory hex
click on City name right upper portion of screen
