Once the tide has turned is there any benefit into moving Soviet industry back west? If so, how do you do it (does it have to go where it came from)? If so, is there a way to know that? There are a couple of cities in my game that have a large amount of resources (e.g., Stalinogorsk, next to Tula). Any way to get factories closer than the edge of the map to it?
